What with the dry and warm March, and cold and very wet April, the 2012 bluebell season has been unpredictable. This weekend was probably the peak, so we were glad to have a few dry hours to do this walk from Adventurous Pub Walks in the Chilterns
. It's an interesting route, starting in downtown Henley (a reminder of what a nice town Henley is), past George Harrison's old place and then uphill towards Rotherfield Greys.
A good, but not spectacular, bluebell display.
